1. Introduction

Welcome to Costume Tailor. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including consultations, bespoke tailoring, made-to-measure garments, and related products.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Services

All garments created by Costume Tailor are custom-made according to your measurements, style preferences, and selected fabrics.
Each piece is unique and produced specifically for the client after consultation and approval.

Because of the personalized nature of our work, slight variations may occur between samples and final garments

3. Orders & Contract

An order is confirmed once:

  • The design and fabric are approved by the client
  • The required deposit has been received

Costume Tailor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before production begins

4. Payments

  • A deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required to start production
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon final fitting or before delivery
  • Full payment is required before garments are released

All payments are non-transferable.

5. Production Time

Production time varies depending on fabric availability and design complexity.
Estimated delivery time is generally 48H–1 week from the date of confirmed order.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Fabric sourcing
  • Fitting adjustments
  • Client availability for appointments

6. Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Deposits are non-refundable once fabric is purchased or cutting has begun

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval.

7. Alterations & Fit Guarantee

We aim to provide the best possible fit.

  • Minor adjustments are included after first fitting
  • Clients must attend fittings as scheduled
  • Significant body changes after measurement may require additional charges

8. Returns & Refunds

All bespoke and made-to-measure garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

Refunds are not provided once production has begun.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and preferences
  • Attending fittings on time
  • Reviewing fabric and design before approval

Costume Tailor is not responsible for incorrect fit due to inaccurate client information.

10. Liability

Costume Tailor is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper garment care or cleaning
  • Third-party alterations or modifications
  • Fabric changes due to natural aging

Our liability is limited to the value of the original garment.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will only be used to:

  • Process your orders
  • Manage fittings and appointments
  • Improve customer experience

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
